Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering/Technical qualification with certification in Safety Training.
• 6+ years of experience in safety training/industrial safety.
• Strong exposure to PPE and Fall Protection safety practices.
• Experience in PPE industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety training sessions on PPE usage, fall protection equipment, workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.
• Develop training modules, manuals, and presentations aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide product training on PPE and safety solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-site observations.
• Stay updated with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations and HR teams across different locations to identify training needs.
• Conduct customized training programs, demonstrations, and safety awareness sessions.
• Maintain training records, reports, and related documentation.
