Naukripay group is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety practices at construction/manufacturing sites in Mumbai. You will monitor compliance, conduct inspections and trainings, and coordinate emergency drills to ensure a safe working environment.

The role requires 2–5 years in safety, strong communication, and the ability to implement corrective actions. IOSH/NEBOSH certification is advantageous and the company offers a full‑time on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in construction/manufacturing/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor safety practices at the workplace/site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Ensure workers use PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, harnesses, and goggles.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for employees and workers.
• Monitor permits, high‑risk activities and electrical/hot work.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and report findings.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response, drills and evacuations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce accidents.
• Coordinate with site management, contractors and workers on safety requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
• Relevant safety certifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA will be an advantage.
