Job summary

Anabond is seeking a safety leader to drive a culture of safety across the organization, lead the Safety team, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001.

You will conduct inspections, audits, and HIRA, identify hazards, train staff, monitor incidents, and coordinate investigations. This role requires hands-on safety expertise and the ability to implement corrective actions and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads Safety team to build a strong safety culture across the organization
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and HIRA
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct suitable Safety training for prevention of personal injuries and accidents
• Safety accident and incident monitoring and investigations
• Delivers TOFS and Safety briefings if any safety violations are noticed
• Following ISO 14001 & 45001 systems and procedures
