Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and protocols for the organization.
• Provide training on safety procedures to employees and contractors working at the site.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in construction or marine industry as a Safety Officer or equivalent role.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Marine Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management, EHS Management, HSE Documentation, Site Safety, Safety Regulations, Safety Analysis (Jetty), Risk Assessment (Marine Works).
• Proficiency in English language.
