Job summary

Sneha Farms is seeking a Safety and Health professional in Karnataka to oversee EHS, inspect facilities and ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct toolbox talks, issue permits, run safety trainings and mock drills, and coordinate audits and drills across units.

The role requires delivering site safety training to staff at both site and office, advising teams on health and environmental issues, and driving continuous safety improvements within the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma in industrial safety from SBTET is required.
• Experience in safety inspections and regulatory compliance is desirable.
• Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Manage Environment Health & Safety aspects, conduct toolbox talks, issue work permits, safety training, mock drills, audits, and fire drills.
• Coordinate with Safety Officers of other units.
• Advise project site team on health, safety and environmental issues.
• Provide safety training to all staff at site and office.

Roles and Responsibilities

To regularly inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

Responsible for Environment Health & Safety aspects for the company, Conduct Tool Box Talks, Issue Work Permits, Safety Training, Mock Drills, Audits, Fire drills, Coordinate with Safety Officers of Other Units

Provide advice to the project site team on Health, safety and environmental issues.

Should provide safety training to all staff concerned at site and office.
