Job summary

Tracks & Towers Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd. in Raichur, Karnataka, is seeking a Safety Officer/Engineer (junior level) to oversee site safety, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety trainings. The role requires 4–10 years of experience and a diploma in industrial safety plus IOSH credentials.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety & Fire Management.
• IOSH certification and accidents management experience.
• 4 to 10 years of relevant safety work experience.

Responsibilities

• Hazard identification and control.
• Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) preparation.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks and on‑job trainings.
• Ensure PPE availability and proper use.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation drills and site safety.
• Develop safety training modules and safe working procedures.
• Meet with site supervision to improve safety.
• Prepare consolidated monthly safety reports.
• Inspect power tools, lifting equipment and scaffolds.
• Organize in-house mandatory safety trainings and records.
• Create HSE awareness through posters and videos.
• Assist in incident investigations and disseminate learnings.

• Carry out periodic vehicle, equipment and PPE inspections.

Work Location: Raichur, karnataka.

Salary: CTC Up to 25k TO 40k

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Hazard identification and control.
• 2. Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) preparation.
• 3. Conducting safety meetings, Tool Box Talks & on job trainings.
• 4. Assurance availability and effective implementation of PPE.
• 5. Coordinate emergency evacuation drills at site, workshop and office areas. Monitoring of heavy equipment mobilization and working on site for safe operations.
• 6. Develop and present safety training modules, safe system of work, safe lifting operations, signal/Bank man and rigging.
• 7. Meeting with site supervision to improve site safety.
• 8. Preparing and sending the consolidated monthly safety reports.
• 9. Keep the Department Head informed on all of the above.
• 10. Conducting mock drills.
• 11. Inspection of Power tools, lifting tools and lifting machinery as per safety standards
• 12. Inspecting all types scaffoldings. Organizing in-house training and mandatory training to employees and keeping the records of the same.
• 13. Creating HSE awareness through posters, Wall charts and videos.
• 14. Rendering required assistance to Line Management in the investigation of incidents and disseminating learning points.
• 15. Planning and organizing HSE Audits, inspections and HSE Meetings as per the site condition.
• 16. Carrying out periodic inspection of vehicles, plant, equipment, tools, PPE etc. for HSE adequacy as scheduled in the HSE plan and forwarding report to all concerned for corrective actions if any.
