Leadec India is seeking an experienced EHS professional to plan and implement company and customer EHS policies at the site. You will coordinate with the customer EHS team and monitor UC/UA, LOTO, PPE, MSDS and PTW.
Responsibilities include risk assessment (HIRA/JSA), accident reporting with RCA/CAPA, safety meetings, training, audits and inspections, and monthly EHS reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering with ADIS certification and 5–8 years in an electrical
Plan & implement Company & Customer EHS policies & program at site.
Will work in coordination with Customer EHS team.
Monitoring UC & UA, LOTO, PPEs, MSDS, PTW.
Risk Assessment/Management (HIRA/JSA).
Reporting of Accident/Incident with RCA & CAPA.
EHS policies & procedure Motivate & drive the team to follow safety rules & regulations at workplace
Leadership ability, communication, meeting & presentation skills
Conducts safety meetings, training, audits, and inspections
Ensure required PPEs are available at workplace identify corrective action plans, and implementation.
Prepare EHS monthly reports.
Conduct safety Campaigns at site.
Capable of working in EHS Global application site & ensure achieving global targets.
MS Office- Proficient in Power point presentation, Excel, Word Should be a good Team Player.
Impart safety training to all Leadec employees i.e. PPEs, Lock Out & Tag Out, RA & HIRA, JSA, Work permits. Hazards, Behavioral based training, Crane & Hoist Safety, Electrical/Fire Safety, Machine guarding, Chemical Handling, Emergency Evacuation procedure, fall hazard, scaffolding & other EHS topics
Degree in Electrical engineering, along with ADIS (from RLI / CLI Only). 5 to 8 years experience required in an electrical background.
