Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering or Diploma in PCM with ADIS/MSBTE as required.
• Experience in safety on construction sites is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites to identify potential safety and health hazards.
• Plan and implement training for employees on safety practices like work at height and PPE use.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Issue safety reports to relevant departments and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with clients on safety requirements and site procedures.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Develop and implement safety policies in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Order PPE and safety equipment and manage supplies.
• Collaborate with engineers on safe procedural practices.

Safety Engineers:

Education: Engineering/Dip BSe ( PCM) with ADIS ( from MSBTE)

Location : Toranagallu-Ballary, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities

Inspect construction sites to identify potential safety and health hazards

Adhering to Client safety procedures Permits and reports

Plan and implement training for employees on safety practices like Work at height Fire protection Vessel entries Common safety guidelines in Process Industry

Conduct Daily safety meetings Tool boxtalks Job specific safety training and issue safety reports to relevant departments

Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement

Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on safe procedural practices

Order safety equipment PPE ( Shoes Helmets Googles Gloves Nose masks Welding shields etc ) and supplies

Coordinate with Client for any Client specific safety requirements

Method development for high-risk job execution and getting the approval of site team and Client

Investigate accidents near-miss incidents and occupational injuries to determine causes install preventive measures and manage return-to-work activities

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local state and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
