Job summary

KEC International is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to head the Environment, Health & Safety function for large-scale EPC/construction projects in Mumbai. The role requires driving compliance, developing policies, and implementing safety management systems across sites while coordinating with clients, regulators and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 18–25 years in EPC/EHS, a BE/B.Tech, and an ADIS/PDIS or similar qualification, with strong leadership and relocation readiness to Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18–25 years of EHS experience in EPC/construction.
• BE/B.Tech degree mandatory; ADIS/PDIS preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Mumbai.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor EHS performance and ensure zero-harm objectives are achieved.

Industry Preference:

• Must have extensive experience in the EPC/Construction industry.


• Experience in managing EHS for large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
