Job summary

Denso in Gurugram, Haryana invites a safety professional with fire and industrial safety background to join our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on accident prevention, risk assessment and site safety procedures.

You will lead SH&E activities on the shop floor, ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001, and drive training, awareness sessions, and safety analysis across the unit.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Fire & Industrial Safety or BSc Science with Diploma in Industrial Safety (Tech. board)
• Candidate should understand and apply occupational safety codes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accident prevention promotional activities (hazard reporting, near-miss reporting, safety Kaizen, behavior-based safety)
• Risk management and HIRA/ISO 14001/45001 compliance
• Construction safety management (training, permits, checks)
• Design procedures, educate and verify safety at site
• Promote SH&E culture on the manufacturing line (toolbox talks, awareness sessions, task safety analysis, safety events)
• Environment operation and resource optimization (3R)
