Job summary

Shreyas Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) professional to implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites. The role focuses on risk assessment, safety inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance within BESS, solar EPC, and transmission projects.

The ideal candidate will conduct HIRA/JSA, oversee PTW/LOTO systems, and lead incident investigations with effective CAPA actions, while coordinating with clients and authorities to maintain high safety

Qualifications

• HSE policies, risk assessments, and safety management systems knowledge.
• Experience with HIRA/JSA, PTW/LOTO, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Strong incident investigation and CAPA implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety systems at project sites.
• Conduct HIRA, JSA, and safety inspections; monitor high-risk activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IS Standards, CEA, Factory Act, and statutory rules.
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, drills, and employee training programs.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement CAPA measures.
• Ensure PTW, LOTO, PPE compliance and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and authorities on HSE.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems at project sites.
• Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IS Standards, CEA Regulations, Factory Act, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities including electrical work, lifting operations, work at height, confined space, excavation, and hot work.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency mock drills, and employee safety training.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and emergency preparedness procedures.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and government authorities on HSE compliance.
