Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Architect to collaborate with Customers, Engineering, Product Managers, and professional services teams. You will work with customers across all project phases to define requirements, principles, and models that align technology services with customer strategic IT and enterprise goals, and design and implement best‑in‑class SaaS Platform solutions.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Work with customers to set expectations on landscape standards, frameworks and guidelines, ensuring alignment with our product stack and architectural principles.
- Conduct architecture analysis: understand customer infrastructure and application landscape, identify challenges and long‑term objectives for a Mobile First Connected Worker SaaS Solution.
- Own integration architecture: evaluate current ERP/CRM (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and other applications, identify integration approaches, and build value for stakeholders.
- Data transformation: work with customer architects to map integrations and define transformation rules based on best practices.
- Design monitoring and logging solutions, and apply security monitoring tools to detect and respond to incidents.
- Implement security best practices at network and data levels, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API key management.
- Demonstrate strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Lead and mentor integration and security teams, champion rapid iteration, and deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.
- Advocate for a customer‑centric mindset, gather insights through research, and influence product decisions.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, services, and sales teams to ensure product excellence.
What You Bring to the Team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the Enterprise Application domain, focusing on architecting and integrating SAAS‑based solutions.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, systems, software, and technologies.
- Experience integrating third‑party applications with SAAS products using REST or OData and API field‑mapping strategy.
- Hands‑on knowledge of at least one ERP/CRM platform (SAP PM/MM, Maximo, etc.) and how to integrate.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes for deploying full‑stack apps.
- Experience with DevOps frameworks and MongoDB.
- Ready to travel 30–50% to customer sites.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, or other major cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in networking, security, and deployment improvement.
- Knowledge of middle‑tier integration (PI/PO, BTP, CPI, ESB, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Understanding of security protocols and secure coding practices for integration components.
- Experience with IAM solutions (SSO, MFA) and federated identity management.
- Knowledge of API and network security tools (Fiddler, Wireshark, Swagger, Postman).
- Familiarity with data encryption techniques (AES, RSA) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- TOGAF 8+ and AWS certifications are advantageous.
