Job summary

Innovapptive, a leading SaaS provider of AI-powered Connected Worker Platform, seeks a Solution Architect in Hyderabad to bridge Innovapptive Platform with complex enterprise environments. You will perform fit/gap analyses, translate business pain points into architectural strategies, and advise on integration best practices with IT teams.

You will lead architecture workshops, define strategies for SAP ECC/S4HANA, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM/ERP, and guide API contracts and secure messaging.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of proven experience in technical solution consulting and enterprise-scale architecture advisory.
• Deep expertise in SAP PM/EAM integration landscapes and enterprise IT governance.
• Experience with at least one middleware product.
• Strong ability to perform technical fit/gap analysis between SaaS platforms and complex enterprise requirements.
• Excellent consultative skills with the ability to manage technical expectations across diverse enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Master the Platform & Enterprise Landscapes.
• Develop deep technical mastery of the platform architecture to provide authoritative guidance to enterprise stakeholders.
• Analyze enterprise IT environments to identify integration gaps and technical requirements for successful deployment.
• Landscape Analysis & Advisory.
• Define integration strategies for SAP (ECC/S4HANA), IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM/ERP, focusing on architectural patterns and data flow.
• Advise on API contracts, authentication models (OAuth2, SAML), and secure messaging frameworks within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Lead Technical Engagements.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design reviews with CIOs and enterprise architecture boards.
• Consult on deployment strategies, migration planning, and rollout governance to ensure time-to-value for the enterprise.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the primary technical bridge between Innovapptive's Connected Worker Platform and complex enterprise environments. In this advisory role, you will perform detailed fit/gap analyses of enterprise landscapes, translate business pain points into architectural strategies, and advise on integration best practices. You will lead technical discussions with enterprise IT teams to ensure our solutions align with their existing digital infrastructure and long-term goals.
