Role Responsibilities
- Participate in Business Requirement & Solution Design Workshops, Requirements and Fit‑Gap Analysis, Customer Demos, and understand the business impact of user requirements.
- Document Business Requirements in Jira, create Functional Specification documents, prepare test data, and document test scenarios.
- Implement solution design by configuring Innovapptive Mobile Application products using the RACE Configuration engine.
- Make necessary SAP Backend system base configurations to map into the mobile application.
- Configure customer business processes on the mobile application to enable the solution.
- Work with the ABAP Team for development of BADI enhancements for customer‑specific requirements and effort estimation.
- Triage and resolve bugs or issues.
- Create training documents and deliver customer demos during the realization phase.
- Regularly update and track issues in Jira, coordinating with cross‑functional teams for resolution.
- Work with the testing team for FUT.
- Support issue resolution during FUT, SIT, UAT, Go‑live and Hypercare.
- Provide knowledge sharing to the production support team after Go‑live and handover.

- Stay abreast of Innovapptive features and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop expertise in Innovapptive Mobile application products and implementation methodology.
- Escalate blockers to Innovapptive executives before they become customer escalations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in the implementation team.
- Recruit A‑level talent to support company growth.
- Maintain Jira status, handle high‑priority blockers, and ensure timely escalation to avoid project delays.
- Contribute passion and value in all activities performed.
- Follow organizational guidelines and processes.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement and drive efficiencies, including client satisfaction.
- Ensure defect‑free implementation by following best practices and maintaining a professional consulting attitude.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Professional Services to address bug fixes and root‑cause analyses promptly.
What You Bring to the Team
- 2–4 years of relevant hands‑on experience in SAP PM‑EAM.
- 1–3 years of domain experience in Maintenance & Operations.
- Experience as an individual contributor in SAP Implementation and/or support projects.
- In‑depth understanding of SAP SPRO configuration, organisational structure, master and transactional data, issue analysis, and integration across SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP transactions, programs, tables, function modules, reports, etc.
- Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments and collaborating with ABAP developers on BADI enhancements.
- Experience creating test scenarios and test data, performing FUT, and triaging defects during FUT, SIT, UAT, HC.
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams for issue resolution.
- Customer‑delivery‑oriented mindset with proactive communication.
- Experience with issue‑tracking tools, change‑request management, testing tools, and third‑party system integration.
- Experience with SAP mobility solutions is an advantage.
- Domain industry experience (non‑SAP) in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Mechanical Maintenance, etc. is an advantage.
- Experience on global delivery projects for international clients is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for global customer interactions.
