Role Overview

We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in the design, development, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives.
• Select and size power devices.
• Perform circuit simulation, loss, and thermal analysis.
• Support schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and EMI/EMC.
• Handle prototype bring‑up, debugging, and validation.
• Implement and test protection features (OV, UV, OC, short‑circuit, thermal).

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics.
• 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong fundamentals in power electronics and control systems.
• Hands‑on experience in power hardware testing and debugging.

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Power Electronics and Analog Circuit Design.
• Hands‑on experience with BLDC / PMSM motor controllers.
• Knowledge of DC‑DC converters, Gate driver ICs, Current measurement techniques, Thermal management.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC best practices.

Tools & Software

• Schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium / KiCAD preferred).
• Simulation tools (LTspice or similar).
• Lab instruments: Oscilloscope, power analyzer, current probes.

Soft Skills
