About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to lead product design and development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end power electronic product design and development.
• Perform power estimation and develop thermal management solutions with consideration for EMI/EMC.
• Conduct board bring-up and design verification testing (DVT).
• Write comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Develop motor controllers using high-performance microcontrollers or FPGAs.

Technical Requirements

• Power Electronics: Deep expertise in MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, passive components, and magnetic components.
• Converter Design: Hands-on experience with AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, or AC-AC converter analysis.
• Hardware Proficiency: Expert in lab equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Data Loggers).
• Communication Protocols: Experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Component Knowledge: Understanding of sensors, solenoids, BLDC/PMSM motors, and electronic loads.

Qualifications
