Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned IT PMO/Program Management professional to support the central Test Team within the SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on governance, planning, and end-to-end testing across multiple rollout clusters, ensuring KPI visibility and timely decision-making.

You will coordinate testing activities (ITC, UAT automation, RAT, NFR) and liaise with Test Factory leads, data/solution/change factories, and external partners to drive successful execution.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles.
• ERP transformations experience, preferably with testing/quality management exposure.
• Familiarity with structured testing governance, KPIs, and defect management processes.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate project management methods.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates.
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters with transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance.
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides Program Management and PMO support to the central Test Team, which delivers standardized, industrialized testing services across all rollout clusters.

The Test Factory is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end‑to‑end testing activities—including ITC, UAT automation support, Cluster Conflict Testing, Roles & Authorization Testing (RAT) and Non‑Functional Testing—while ensuring governance, quality gates, KPI transparency and audit readiness. This role supports structured execution, cross‑factory coordination, and management reporting across complex, parallel rollout landscapes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters (ITC, UAT automation, Cluster Conflict, RAT, NFR, handover to AMS), level transparency on test progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners

What You Bring
