Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned IT PMO/Program Management professional to support the central Test Team within its global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will govern testing, coordinate across clusters and produce dashboards and decision documents for leadership.

Ideal candidates bring ERP transformation experience, strong stakeholder skills and familiarity with KPI and defect management. This on-site role offers global collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• IT PMO, program management or transformation support experience.
• Experience in large ERP transformations with testing or quality management.
• Familiarity with structured testing governance, KPIs and defect management.
• Knowledge of project management methods (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate).
• Strong analytical, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cluster environments.
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Factory governance, planning and execution, aligned with S4E milestones and PM stage gates.
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters with transparency on progress, risks, defects and KPIs.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance.
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution/Data/Change Factory and external partners.

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides Program Management and PMO support to the central Test Team, which delivers standardized, industrialized testing services across all rollout clusters.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters (ITC, UAT automation, Cluster Conflict, RAT, NFR, handover to AMS), level transparency on test progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles
• Experience in large ERP transformations, ideally with exposure to testing or quality management
• Familiarity with structured testing governance, KPIs, and defect management processes
• Knowledge of project and program management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate)
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cluster environments
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field
