Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks an experienced IT PMO/Program Management professional to support the central Test Team during a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role coordinates testing governance across rollout clusters, prepares status reports, and serves as a central interface among Test Factory leads, cluster teams, and external partners.

The candidate should have experience in IT PMO, ERP transformations, testing governance, and strong stakeholder management, with a degree in Business

Qualifications

• IT PMO, program management, or transformation support experience.
• Experience in large ERP transformations, ideally with testing/quality management exposure.
• Familiarity with structured testing governance, KPIs, and defect management processes.
• Knowledge of project/program management methods (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cluster environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution aligned with S4E milestones and PM stage gates.
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters, and provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and criteria.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance.
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners.

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides Program Management and PMO support to the central Test Team, which delivers standardized, industrialized testing services across all rollout clusters.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates
• Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters (ITC, UAT automation, Cluster Conflict, RAT, NFR, handover to AMS), level transparency on test progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance
• Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles
• Experience in large ERP transformations, ideally with exposure to testing or quality management
• Familiarity with structured testing governance, KPIs, and defect management processes
• Knowledge of project and program management methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate)
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cluster environments
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field
