Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP consultant to lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

You will work with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams, develop CDS views and OData services, mentor junior consultants, run workshops, and drive change management and post-implementation optimization. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in S/4HANA Service module.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Familiarity with CDS views, OData services, and BADIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose innovative, best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Configure and customize the SAP S/4HANA Service module to meet specific business requirements.?
• Design and develop Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and create OData services to expose S/4HANA data for integrations and Fiori applications.?
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot the integration touch points between S/4HANA Service and other SAP systems?
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure a seamless and robust implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to support successful system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay current with SAP roadmap developments, updates, and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA

Experience :

8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and technical delivery roles

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Experience in S/4HANA Service module?
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Familiarity with CDS views, OData services, and BADIs?
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations?
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with SAP BAIP (RAP, CAP, AI Hub, etc.)
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or related module preferred.
