We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service (formerly SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management), with a strong background in CRM functions and processes. A minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service and proven success in end‑to‑end implementationsboth greenfield and brownfieldis essential.

Job Description

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodology
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑implementation support
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process execution
• Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementation
