What you will actually do:

• Compose the flagship Russian deliverables personally — campaign narratives, reputation long-form, and client-visible material where voice carries consequence
• Own the Russian style guide: aspect rulings, ё policy, register boundaries, and the clause-length line, all documented and enforced
• Run the review bench — every Russian draft from writers and interns passes your edit before publication, and your markup trains the bench beneath you
