This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, working across all five Penta-P domains. Web content development here means researching, gathering, organizing and editing information for publication - but for intelligence-grade deliverables, not blog filler. What you will actually do:

• Research, write and structure web content for client engagements - reputation pages, campaign narratives, dossiers and sector analyses - from source brief to publication-ready copy
• Run the content development cycle end-to-end: gather raw material from strategists and analysts, organize it into outlines, and edit drafts until they clear the editorial bar
• Own content quality for the pages your engagements ship - accuracy of claims, consistency of voice, and structural clarity that survives being skimmed by a minister's aide or a board member

Skills that matter:

Research-grade writing, Structural editing, Line editing and proofreading at publication standard, Content management systems and version-controlled workflows, SEO-aware writing, Reading analytics to learn what an audience actually consumed, and adjusting the next asset accordingly.

Tools you will use:
