Key Responsibilities

• Translate emails, documents, proposals, and client requirements between Russian & English.
• Interpret conversations during client meetings, video conferences, and business calls.
• Support the Business Development (BD) Team in managing Russian clients.
• Communicate client requirements, feedback, and concerns accurately to internal teams.
• Assist in preparing translated presentations, recruitment documents, and correspondence.
• Support recruitment coordination wherever language assistance is required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all translations and interpretations.
• Build strong and professional relationships with international clients.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent command of Russian & English written and spoken

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with strong language proficiency

Russian language certification/formal education will be an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
