Job summary

Clarity Consulting is seeking a Financial Controller for a Banking customer to manage RTR activities and lead a finance team. The role involves posting and reviewing journals, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting audits.

Close collaboration with onshore stakeholders and driving automation initiatives are key aspects of the job. The candidate should be a CA or CMA with 7-9 years in R2R, strong leadership, and the ability to meet tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• CA or CMA is must.
• 7-9 years of prior work experience in R2R processes.
• Experience with Workday ERP is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of RTR activities as per the client agreement.
• Lead and manage the team for RTR activities.
• First level escalation for process owners/Infosys R2R team.
• Review of JEs and reviews of reconciliations to ensure no aged items.
• Deploy and monitor process controls, QA plans and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Identify transformational initiatives.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs.
• Track service level metrics.
• Post journals within agreed timelines and review journals.
• Prepare variance comments for P&L items and present to management.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and post corrective entries.
• Support audits during quarter-end and year-end.
• Collaborate with onshore client and stakeholders.
• Support automation and drive initiatives.
• Handle team effectively.
