Job summary

IBM in Gurugram, India, is seeking an experienced finance professional to own end-to-end R2R activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and compliant reporting.

You will lead process improvements, coordinate with auditors, and ensure adherence to IFRS/Ind AS/US GAAP, with SAP as the preferred ERP.

The role requires CA/CPA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of R2R/GL experience.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of experience in R2R / GL accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS / US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
