Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks an experienced Record to Report professional to handle month-end activities and financial close within a global shared services environment.

The role requires 3–8 years of R2R experience, strong Excel skills, and effective communication with stakeholders across levels. You will mentor a team and drive process improvements while ensuring SOX-compliant quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of Record to Report experience including 1–2 years in finance and Month End activities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization.
• Efficient and effective command of MS-Office, Particularly Excel.

Responsabilités

• Review and reconcile Prepaid and Accruals accounts.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiating their balances; perform balance sheet reviews and variance analysis.
• Perform P&L variance analysis.
• Review of General Ledger control accounts.
• Perform quarterly financial reporting (SOX compliance).
• Process Journal Entries and Rectification entries.
• Communicate with client via emails and calls.
• Ensure delivery towards agreed service levels.
• Able to work collaboratively across divisions and global teams.
• Supervise and mentor R2R team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements in R2R.
• Provide financial data analysis and insights for decision making.
• Willingness to work in global timings.

• Education and Certification Qualification: Any Degree.

Detailed Job Description : -

• 2-8 years of Record to Report experience, including a minimum of 1-2 years in a finance & accounting /Month End Activities.

• Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
• Review and reconciliation of Prepaid & Accruals accounts.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiating their balances, Perform balance sheet reviews for movements, variance analysis etc.
• Perform P&L variance analysis.
• Review of General Ledger control accounts.
• Perform Quarterly financial reporting (SOX Compliance)Understand policies and adapt to the exception processes defined.
• Processing Journal Entries Rectification entries.
• Communicate with client via mails and Calls.
• Ensure delivery towards agreed service levels.
• Able to work collaboratively across divisions, functions & levels in a global organization.
• Supervise and mentor team members within the R2R team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.
• Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
