Job summary

Wipro in Pune is seeking a senior R2R leader with 10+ years of experience to drive record-to-report services. You will steer reporting, GL, intercompany, and reconciliations, while ensuring timely and quality service delivery under SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etc.
• Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting.
• SLA adherence.
• Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making.
• Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training.
• Drive transformation projects.
• Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirement.
• Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as required.
• Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularly

Purpose of the Role:

C.A/CMA/CFA/CPA/ACCA with 10+ years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activities. Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processes Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution.
