Job summary

Tractorjunction in India is seeking a proactive Document Coordinator - RTO to manage end-to-end RTO processes, including RC transfers, documentation, field visits, and backend follow-ups.

You will visit RTOs, submit and verify documents, follow up on cases, update status in systems, and coordinate with lenders, customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely closures.

Responsibilities

• Visit RTOs for RC transfer and other case processing work.
• Submit, collect, and verify required documents.
• Follow up daily on assigned cases and resolve RTO objections.
• Update case status in the system/Excel and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with lenders, customers, dealers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely closure of cases through proper and regular follow-up.
