Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods used to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to evaluate organizational processes using performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints, shop drawings, DCI standards).
• Familiarity with fabrication resources and equipment such as rotators, cranes, furnaces, hydraulic systems, leak testing equipment, welding systems, manipulators, and NDE tools.

Engagement & Performance Improvement

Analyze engagement and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and implement targeted action plans with measurable goals, assigned responsibilities, and time-bound milestones to enhance engagement and track progress.

Resource & Production Planning

Assess and forecast resource requirements to ensure production capabilities meet project demands and timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bridge resource gaps proactively.

Project & Change Management

Track design and project status proactively to manage ad-hoc changes.

Implement formal change management processes to assess, approve, and execute modifications while ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Operational Excellence & Best Practices

Apply industry best practices, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance metrics to boost productivity, quality, and safety.

Lead initiatives to reduce waste, optimize processes, and enhance long-term operational efficiency.

Cost & Value Engineering

Utilize value engineering principles to manage project costs throughout the lifecycle.

Identify cost-effective alternatives to improve budget adherence and overall cost efficiency.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Develop dashboards and detailed reports on key KPIs to guide leadership decisions.
