Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a captive global processing center for Mizuho Bank, supporting remote banking and IT operations. The role focuses on RPA production support and development, based in Perungudi, Chennai, with 12.30am to 12.30pm IST shifts on a rotational basis.

Qualified candidates should have BE/BTech IT/CS or BSc IT/CS, 4–10 years of experience in UiPath Orchestrator, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Jira/ServiceNow, SQL, Confluence, and Git is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator and RPA development.
• Experience with monitoring jobs, schedules, queues and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and fixes.
• Provide UAT support and assist in test case creation.

Position/role- RPA production support + Development

Job Location: - Perungudi, Chennai

Shifts :- 12.30am to 12.30pm IST - Rotational shifts

Notice period: - immediate joiners to 30 days

Key Responsibilities Technical Knowledge/Skills &

1. RPA Production Support (L2/L3) 80%

• Strong understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Orchestrator
• Monitoring jobs, triggers/schedules, queues/transactions
• Bot health checks, retries/reruns, failure handling
• Log analysis and troubleshooting production issues
• Ticket management using Jira / ServiceNow
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementation of preventive fixed

1. Development / Enhancements 20%

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions/enhancements using UiPath Studio
• Maintain existing automation scripts and implement fixes/enhancements as required
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment
• Requirement gathering support, UAT support, and experience in test case creation

Preferred (Good to have)

• UiPath certification (Associate or Developer/Advanced) MUST

• Exposure to Confluence and version control tools (e.g., Git)

Qualifications

• Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT/Computer Science
• Postgraduates with technical degrees will be preferred

Experience :-
Total / Relevant exp- relevant between 4-10yrs -- UiPath Orchestrator + RPA Development & production support + troubleshooting + Jira/ServiceNow.
