Job summary

Acronotics is seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere AA360. The role requires hands-on AA360 experience and familiarity with UiPath components, located in Pune with hybrid work.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in RPA, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with Analysts, Architects, and QA teams. Immediate to short notice period preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
• Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator and RE Framework.
• 3–6 years of experience in RPA.

Job description

We are looking for RPA developer with hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere and working experience in Ui Path.

Exp looking: 3 to 6 YOE

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Mode of Working: Hybrids (3 Days in Week WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to Short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Basic understanding and functional overview of UiPath (Orchestrator, RE Frame Work, UI Path Workflow)
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks following best practices.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms.
• Integrate bots with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop automations involving:
• Web automation
• PDF extraction and document processing
• Excel automation
• Mainframe automation
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Infrastructure, and QA teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution documentation, and deployment guides.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation best practices.
