Job summary

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. is seeking a Rotary- Package Mechanical engineer for Mumbai-Thane.

The ideal candidate holds a BE Mechanical with 7–12 years of design and engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical projects, and has hands-on experience with feed and detail engineering of rotary equipment. You will coordinate with discipline leads, assist with tender inputs, support procurement and site teams, and review static and rotary packages including pumps,

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of design & engineering experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in feed & detail engineering of rotary equipment.
• Experience bidding tenders and cost estimation inputs.
• Engineering review of static equipment (tanks, vessels, heat exchangers).
• Engineering review of rotary equipment (pumps, compressors).
• Experience with produced/raw water treatment, UF/RO, ETP packages.

Responsibilities

• Feed and detail engineering of rotary equipment.
• Provide engineering inputs to bid/tender cost estimation.
• Review static equipment like tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, filters.
• Review rotary equipment like pumps and compressors.
• Review packages such as produced water treatment, UF/RO, ETP.
• Coordinate with discipline leads, PMCs, and clients.
• Support site construction & commissioning with engineering input.

Experience:

7 -12 Years experience in design & engineering in Oil & Gas Industry.

Area of Responsibilities: -

• Feed and Detail Engineering of rotary equipment.
• Candidate should have an experience from Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical background in Feed and Detail Engineering of rotary equipment.
• Should have an experience of providing engineering inputs to Cost Estimation (Tendering) during pre- bid of project. In short, candidate should have an engineering experience of bidding tenders.
• Should have an experience of engineering / vendor review of static equipment like Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Filters, Gravity Two-Three Phase Separators, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Fired Heaters.
• Should have an experience of engineering / vendor review of rotary equipment like Pumps, Compressors etc.
• Should have an experience of engineering / vendor review of packages like produced, raw water treatment, UF & RO systems, ETP etc.
• Should have an experience of mechanical software like PV-lite etc.
• Should co-ordinate with other discipline leads / PMCs / Clients.
• Should support site construction & commissioning team by providing Engineering inputs.
