Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Roller Operator role based in Lakhipur. The Roller Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring milling or rolling machinery used in the production of noodles and wheat flour, ensuring smooth and continuous operation. Day-to-day activities include setting up machines, adjusting controls, monitoring output quality, and performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. The role also involves following safety and hygiene standards, documenting production data, and coordinating with shift supervisors and quality control teams to maintain product consistency. The Roller Operator may assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and supporting other production activities as needed.
