Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Asset Management / Investment Management domain expertise to bridge business and technology teams. The candidate will work with Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to gather requirements and support investment management initiatives.

Hybrid role with 3 days WFO; immediate joiners considered; budget up to 28 LPA; interview via video.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories and process flows.
• Exposure to Fund Accounting, NAV, Trade Lifecycle and asset management workflows.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, gap analysis and stakeholder management.
• UAT planning and execution, data validation, and test scenario development.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, plus advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for asset management initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and elicit requirements across Front/Middle/Back office.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and process maps.
• Perform gap analyses and create user stories to support delivery.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Support Agile/Waterfall delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Develop test scenarios and maintain requirement traceability.
• Analyze data and support reconciliation and data validation activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using BI tools.
