Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Asset Management Client Account Management team.

The role supports Client Account Managers by coordinating with Portfolio Managers, Traders and other internal teams, preparing business reports, and maintaining client account activities. You will work from Bengaluru office five days per week in the afternoon/evening shift (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST), with emphasis on accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and timely status

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing business, operational or management reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Primary Client Account Managers in delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Specialists, Cash Management, Guideline Management and other internal teams.
• Process and coordinate account maintenance requests, including: Cash flow updates, Reporting setup, Fee invoice setup, Guideline setup.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support the ongoing improvement of client servicing processes.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with regional procedures.
• Maintain a clear audit trail and follow maker-checker and quality-control requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder requests effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with local and global teams.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate issues when required.
• Support team performance and administrative activities, where applicable.

About the Role
