Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the Asset Management domain in a hybrid work setup (3 days WFO). The role requires bridging business and technology, gathering requirements from Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams, and supporting investment management initiatives.

Mandatory skills include BRD/FRD/User Stories/Process Flows, SQL & Data Analysis, UAT planning, and experience with assets such as Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives.

Qualifications

• BRD/FRD/User Stories/Process Flows creation required.
• Experience with Fund Accounting and NAV desirable.
• Knowledge of Front/Middle/Back Office workflows.
• Hands-on with investment products (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives).
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and elicitation sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT.
• Support Agile/Waterfall delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Develop test scenarios and maintain requirement traceability.
• Analyze data and support reconciliation/data validation activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using BI tools.
