Acceleration Robotics in Pune is looking for a motivated robotics software developer to work on ROS2-based applications, including navigation, manipulation, and driver development for hardware-accelerated systems and simulations.

The role offers a competitive stipend with potential to convert to full-time. You will interact with international clients and grow rapidly through hands-on learning and ownership of projects.

Competenze

• Experience in C++ and Python for robotics software.
• Strong ROS/ROS 2 development experience.
• Background in CS/robotics or electronics.
• Willing to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Develop software for robotics applications using ROS2.

Day to day activities

• Developing software for various applications using ROS2
• Application include navigation, manipulation, hardware acceleration, driver development, simulations
• Remote code deployment and optimisation support
• Work on state of the art robotics applications

Required Skills

• Have experience and are skilled in - C++/Python
• Should have excellent ROS Skills with atleast some ROS 2 experience
• Background in computer science/robotics or electronics
• Able to adapt quickly and be ready to learn and take up new challenges
• Able to take up responsibility and work independently

Great to have

• Open source contributions
• ROS 2 experience
• Experience with using FPGAs and GPUs.

The applicant must have an extraordinary history of contributions in college projects/robotics community.
