Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Engineer to manage, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth production, ensuring welding quality, and improving robotic welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program robotic welding systems for production.
• Should have good working knowledge of FANUC and Panasonic welding robots.
• Set up welding robots, welding parameters, fixtures, and programs.
• Troubleshoot robot, welding, and production-related problems.
• Monitor welding quality and ensure production meets required standards.
• Optimize robot programs and welding parameters to improve productivity and quality.
• Carry out robot teaching, calibration, and program corrections.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
• Identify welding defects and take corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on robotic welding equipment.
• Maintain records of robot programs, welding parameters, and production issues.
• Train operators on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of robotic welding systems.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
