Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services in Chennai seeks a Sr. Robot / Sim Engineer with 2–6 years of hands-on experience to design, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic and PLC systems.

You will work with Fanuc, Kawasaki, ABB robots and Siemens/Rockwell PLCs, including virtual commissioning, safety interlocks, HMI development, and handoff to operations.

This on-site role focuses on integrating simulation, validation, and standardization across projects to deliver robust automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki collaborative robots.
• Proficiency with Siemens S7-1500 and Rockwell PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and PLC software development (Siemens S7-1500/AB PLC).
• Collaborative robot programming (FANUC, ABB, Kawasaki).
• Virtual commissioning and simulation integration and standardization.
