Job summary

Svaya Robotics Pvt Ltd in Delhi is seeking a Robot Application Engineer to support the integration, testing, validation, and deployment of advanced robotic systems. You will program, commission, and troubleshoot robots, and work with customers to tailor solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with robot programming, system integration, and sensors, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in robot programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, system integration, and customer support.
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and validate robotic systems for industrial and real-world applications.
• Program, configure, and commission robotic systems based on application requirements.
• Perform robot simulations, trajectory validation, and system-level performance testing.
• Integrate robots with industrial sensors, including area scanners, reed switches, solenoid switches, proximity sensors, and other automation devices.
• Configure and integrate PLCs, robot controllers, actuators, servo drives, motor drives, and electrical control panels.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and performance evaluation methods for robotic systems.
• Perform robot installation, commissioning, field testing, and customer-site deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and integration-related issues during development and deployment.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robotic solutions and system configurations.
• Support customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical presentations, and application validations.
• Select and integrate pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, flow control valves, pressure regulators, fittings, and tubing based on application requirements.
• Design and implement pneumatic systems for robotic and industrial automation applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and continuous product improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, installation manuals, and project records.
