We are seeking a Roaming Network Operations Engineer to provide 24x7 first line support for Vodafone’s International Roaming Platform. This role focuses on alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, and first-level triage while ensuring seamless coordination with resolver teams. The individual will support a diverse set of roaming services including SS7 signalling, LTE/5G signalling, VoLTE, CAMEL, and value-added services such as Steering of Roaming (SoR), Virtual Home Environment (VHE), and Welcome Roaming SMS (WRSMS), delivering reliable connectivity across global Vodafone markets.
Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure uninterrupted network performance.
