Job summary

Voyants Solutions invites applications for a Senior Roads/Highway Expert (Full Time) to be based in India. The candidate should hold a Master in Transportation and bring at least 12 years of post-Master experience, including leadership in a program within the last five years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of total professional experience after Masters Degree.
• Experience in at least 1 Program in leadership capacity of similar Experience during the last 5 years.
• Experience in similar large infrastructure projects / urban roads / highways EPC or PMC assignments is desirable.
• Must have designed urban roads preferably and have knowledge of Road planning, geometric (Plan & Profile) & pavement design, drainage, and intersections in compliance with IRC & MoRTH standards.
• Construction supervision of roads and utility corridors ensuring quality, specifications, and timelines.
• QA/QC procedures including material testing, field density tests, factory visit inspection, and pavement layer quality control (GSB, WMM, DBM, BC).
• Contractor performance monitoring, RFI checking, and adherence to PMC quality protocols.
• Coordination with EPC contractors and resolution of interface issues across multidisciplinary works.
• Road safety, traffic management, environmental compliance, and project monitoring and reporting.
• Software proficiency - Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Excel or equivalent tools.
