Essential: Graduation in Electric/ Electronics/ Mechanical (from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)

Preference: MBA business administration (from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)

Work Experience :

Years of Experience Desired: 4-7 years in Project Manager or similar role with a strong track record of successful project delivery

Nature of Work Experience : Project Managementexpertise to oversee a variety of projects undertaken under CSR for Road Safety. Broad range of areas including capital procurement, infrastructure development and IT project management. Applicants should have a history of adeptly handling complex projects that involve significant investment in equipment or services, the development of technological solutions, and its implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design , implementation and completion. Prepare detailed project documentation, including bill of quantities (BOQ), specifications, and negotiate with vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.
• Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.
• Implement projects on-site, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.
• Utilize JIRA software or similar tools for project tracking, issue resolution, and resource management.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements during project implementation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates and reports.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Should have the experience of coordinating with government representatives , senior bureaucrats
• Technical knowledge with the confidence to manage a project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command over communication and presentation skills.
