Job summary

Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants in Pune is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to coordinate DPR, feasibility studies and infrastructure consultancy projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project coordination experience, a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination and delivery experience.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; ME/MTech preferred for transportation/highway.
• Ability to independently manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling/coordinating DPR, feasibility and infrastructure consultancy projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects, disciplines and teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand DPR preparation, project planning, technical documentation and deliverables.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Participate in client meetings, understand requirements and drive closure of action points.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including preparation and delivery of project presentations.
• Review technical outputs, identify gaps and coordinate with respective discipline teams for closure.
• Experience in preparing progress reports, MOMs, trackers and management updates.
• Exposure to highway/infrastructure projects and government clients will be preferred.
