Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking, insurance, accounts, policies, claims, payments and transactions.
• Provide timely and accurate resolution through voice, email, or chat support.
• Manage customer complaints, escalations, and complex cases while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Verify customer information and process requests in accordance with SOPs, SLA, compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined TAT.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and customer information.
• Monitor and prioritize cases based on urgency and business impact.
• Perform basic root cause analysis and identify recurring customer issues related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Assist with knowledge sharing, process updates, and training for team members when required.
