Job summary

You will translate business priorities into scalable capabilities, manage analysts, and collaborate with audit, product, engineering and data stakeholders.

Strong SQL and Python skills, QA and data validation are essential, with exposure to Databricks and AI use cases preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong product analyst or product management background with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on Python capability is mandatory for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test planning, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and team leadership.
• Exposure to Databricks, full stack development or AI is advantageous.

Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls

Experience: 8-10 years

Lead product analysis and delivery for data-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities while managing analysts, quality and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience delivering analytics or AI-enabled products in SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise environments.
