Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior - Product Analyst - Risk Intelligence Analytics to help translate business requirements into robust product features. The role emphasizes SQL-driven data profiling, QA, and collaboration with UX, engineering and stakeholders to drive risk and control outcomes.

The candidate will support analytics, automation and AI-enabled capabilities from discovery through release, with experience in domains like P2P, T&E, O2C and ITOC/SOX IT controls.

Qualifications

• Strong product analyst or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on QA, test execution, defect triage, and data reconciliation.
• Python knowledge for data analysis and prototyping.
• Ability to translate findings into business, risk and control implications.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or GRC tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.
• Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.
• Support analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.

Senior - Product Analyst - Risk Intelligence Analytics

Senior | Experience: 4-7 years

Support product analysis and delivery for analytics-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business requirements into clear product features, analytical logic and testable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.
• Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.

Critical Skills And Experience

• Strong product analyst or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test execution, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and concise documentation skills.
• Python knowledge for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• At least one hard tech skill: Python, Databricks, full stack development or AI.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business, risk and control implications.

Critical Domain Expertise

• NON-NEGOTIABLE: Demonstrated working expertise across following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC / SOX IT controls.

Preferred

• Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, expense platforms, GRC tools or enterprise data environments.
