Job summary

EY in India is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for Risk Intelligence Analytics to support analytics-driven risk and controls. You will translate business requirements into product features and analytical outcomes while collaborating with UX, engineering and stakeholders.

The role requires advanced SQL, Python, and data quality skills, plus experience in QA, data reconciliation, and traceability across domains such as P2P, T&E, O2C and ITOC/SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Strong product or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.
• QA, test execution, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and documented communication.
• Python knowledge for data analysis and prototyping.
• At least one hard tech skill: Python, Databricks, full stack development or AI.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk implications.
• Experience across Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Expense, Order-to-Cash, and ITOC/SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.
• Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.
• Support analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.

Senior - Product Analyst - Risk Intelligence Analytics

Senior | Experience: 4-7 years

Support product analysis and delivery for analytics-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business requirements into clear product features, analytical logic and testable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.

• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business, risk and control implications.

Critical Domain Expertise

• NON-NEGOTIABLE: Demonstrated working expertise across following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC / SOX IT controls.

Preferred

• Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, expense platforms, GRC tools or enterprise data environments.
