As Senior - Product Analyst for Risk Intelligence Analytics in India, you will translate business requirements into product features, use SQL and Python for data analysis, and collaborate with UX, engineering and business stakeholders to shape risk analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as product or business analyst with strong SQL.
• QA/testing, defect triage, and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Python knowledge for data analysis and prototyping.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk implications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning.
• Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.
• Support analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.

Senior - Product Analyst - Risk Intelligence Analytics

Senior | Experience: 4-7 years

Support product analysis and delivery for analytics-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business requirements into clear product features, analytical logic and testable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
• Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.
• Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.
• Support analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.

Critical Skills And Experience

• Strong product analyst or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test execution, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and concise documentation skills.
• Python knowledge for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• At least one hard tech skill: Python, Databricks, full stack development or AI.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business, risk and control implications.

Critical Domain Expertise

• NON-NEGOTIABLE: Demonstrated working expertise across following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC / SOX IT controls.

Preferred

• Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, expense platforms, GRC tools or enterprise data environments.
